Membership is required to ride and also helps sustain the program. Sign up for an Adaptive POGOH Mobility Justice Membership for a one-time $5 registration fee. With your membership, you’ll receive unlimited access to 2-hour adaptive rides throughout the season. Become a Member

Reservation Overview

  • By reserving a ride, you confirm that you have already registered for a 2025 Adaptive Mobility Justice Membership, agree to POGOH’s Terms and Conditions, and acknowledge that you have read and accepted Adaptive POGOH’s Policies & Fees outlined below.
  • All reservations are for two-hour time slots.
  • Rider(s) must be 14 years of age or older.
  • Your reserved time is when your cycle will be ready for use.
  • Each session begins with a 5-10 minute fitting and safety demonstration.
  • If the reserved cycle isn’t a good fit upon arrival, our team will help you find and fit an available alternative
  • Reservations can be made up to 30 days in advance and must be completed at least 24 hours before your scheduled time.
  • Drop-in use of unreserved cycles are available on a first-come, first-served basis-but availability is not guaranteed.

Adaptive POGOH Policies & Fees

Riders must keep a valid credit or debit card on their POGOH account. Charges will only apply in cases of no-shows or if equipment is returned late, damaged, or not returned.

No-Show Policy
  • If you miss a reserved ride without giving at least 12 hours’ notice, it will be considered a no-show. A fee may be charged to the card on file to help cover unused equipment and staff time.
  • Please cancel at least 12 hours in advance by emailing hello@pogoh.com or calling 412-595-9421 to avoid fees.
No-Show Fees
  • First No-Show: $5
  • Second No-Show: $25
  • Third No-Show: $50 and loss of advance booking privileges
Late Return Policy
  • All rides are limited to a 2-hour time slot, which includes check in, cycle orientation, & fitting.
  • Adaptive POGOH cycles must be returned to the Adaptive POGOH rental site at the Eliza Furnace Trailhead Parking Lot. They cannot be returned to standard POGOH stations.
  • Returning equipment late will result in a late fee.
Late Return Fee
  • $5/30 minutes past designated return time
Loss or Damage Policy
  • Members are responsible for the equipment during their ride. Fees may apply for lost, stolen, or damaged equipment.

Fees will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Program Safety

  • Helmets are strongly encouraged. Please bring your own if possible; a limited number of helmets are also available to borrow.
  • If you plan to stop during your ride, you must bring your own lock. Cycles may not be left unattended and unlocked at any time.
  • Adaptive staff are not available to provide cycle transfers or assists.
